After School Club

At afterschool club children can enjoy free play and have access to the playground and the play equipment. 

Some groups have been making mud cakes using natural objects for decoration. Others have made Lavender bags, sewing materials together and filling these with Lavender buds.

We use corks, lids and other bits and bobs to make creations such as cork creatures. Hammers and nails are used to decorate pieces of wood. Popular is wool work and children learn five finger weaving, making pom poms and magic string.

Children can independently set up the hammock and take turns on the rope swing. At our raised beds we have harvested beetroots, carrots and spinach and dug up potatoes.

The afterschool club will run from Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-5:30pm, at a cost of £14.75 per child.

We ask that all sessions are booked on School Money, buy Friday, for the following week.
