Travelling
to & from School

Many parents who come from Lower Swainswick or Larkhall often walk or cycle their children to school up the Gloucester Road and along Innox Lane.

Parents coming from further afield choose to drive to school, sometimes parking at the end of Innox Lane and walking along.

Due to Innox Lane being so narrow the school kindly requests that during pick and drop off times between 8.30am and 9.30am and between 3pm and 4pm that drivers operate a one-way system.

The one-way system involves travelling along the Gloucester Road and entering the village of Upper Swainswick from the top and then dropping down to the school and leaving along Innox Lane. For more information do not hesitate to ask Mr Swarbrooke.

School bus

A school bus is available for children travelling to School if you live in a rural area, and Swainswick is your nearest school, you would be entitled to a place on the bus, and possibly a free place if there is no safe footpath from your home to the school.
